Trivia/Facts:

• Dalmatian is a six-member South Korean boy group formed under Monkey Funch Entertainment and IS Entertainment.
• Members have trained for around five years, were specially chosen by their producer MC Mong.
• Originally, Dalmatian was planned to be a five-member group made up of Inati, Dari, DayDay, Jisu, and Simon.
• For unknown reasons, Simon was dropped from the group and two new members, Drama (Daniel) and Youngwon (Lee Dong Rim), was added to the group.
•  The group name of Dalmatian combines both the concepts of a musician and the dog breed.
  

  

•  The meaning behind Dalmatian is ‘very loyal, never shameful, has an outgoing personality, and is free-spirited’.
• Their fans are called ‘Dalmates’.
•  The group Dalmatian was mentioned in late December 2009 but nothing else was heard until the release of their first music video teaser on August 25, 2010, through Mnet and other online portal sites.
• Kim Do Hoon and MC Mong composed the lyrics for “Round 1″.
• Dalmatian released their digital single, “Round 1″, on music portal sites on September 1, 2010
• They debuted on September 2, 2010 on M1 Countdown, an Mnet music program.
• Their first single Round 1, is the song where in they describe their hardships and dreams as a group.
